Payment is taken at checkout, before a clinician reviews your intake. Purchasing is what creates your account and opens the member portal where you complete the medical intake. If a US-licensed clinician decides the treatment isn't appropriate for you, nothing is dispensed and the full amount is returned to your original payment method. A prescription is never guaranteed and is issued only at the independent discretion of a licensed clinician.
