How testing works

From a single draw to a clear plan.

Six chapters: order, draw, analysis, review, report, protocol. No insurance, no jargon, no spreadsheets. Just your chemistry, read by a person and written for you.

Chapter 01

The order, without friction.

Pick a panel built around the question you arrived with: baseline health, hormone clarity, cardiovascular risk or a full-body executive workup. No office visit and no insurance paperwork. You get a requisition the same day, valid at 2,000+ partner draw sites nationwide.

  • — Choose from foundational, hormone, executive, women's and TRT panels
  • — A brief intake captures symptoms, history and goals
  • — Lab requisition issued within minutes

Chapter 02

The draw, fifteen quiet minutes.

Walk in and sit down. A trained phlebotomist fills one to three small tubes, and you are back in your car before your coffee goes cold. Samples are spun, stabilized and couriered to a CLIA-certified reference lab the same day.

  • — 2,000+ partner draw sites across the US
  • — No appointment fee, no facility fee, no surprise bills
  • — Most patients are in and out in under 15 minutes

Chapter 03

The analysis, measured to four decimals.

Your blood runs through the same high-throughput analyzers used in academic research: mass spectrometry for hormones, ion mobility for lipoprotein particles, immunoassays for thyroid and inflammation. Nothing is approximated. Everything is measured.

  • — LC/MS/MS for hormones and micronutrients
  • — Ion-mobility lipoprotein fractionation
  • — Full quality-control review before any number leaves the lab

Chapter 04

The review, by a person, not an algorithm.

A licensed clinician reads every panel end to end, looks at your numbers in the context of your history, flags what matters, sets aside what doesn't, and writes a short plain-English note you can actually read on your phone.

  • — Licensed clinicians review every report
  • — Contextual flags, not just red and green out-of-range markers
  • — Plain-language interpretation written for you

Chapter 05

The report, designed to be read.

Your results arrive as an editorial digital report: one screen per system, optimal zones plotted visually, a short summary up top and your full data underneath. You will know what is strong, what to watch and what to address before you finish your coffee.

  • — Optimal-range visuals, not just reference ranges
  • — Per-system narrative summaries
  • — Exportable PDF for your physician or specialist

Chapter 06

The protocol, and the retest.

Then comes the part most labs skip: what you actually do. Lifestyle changes, targeted nutrition, supplements and, where appropriate, pharmacy support from our medical team. Retest in 90 days and watch the numbers move.

  • — Personalized lifestyle and nutrition protocol
  • — Pharmacy and prescription support when clinically appropriate
  • — 90-day retest to confirm progress

Everything about ordering, drawing and reading your ProSupply RX panels.

Choose a walk-in draw at a partner lab near you, or private at-home phlebotomy where available for an extra $125. You select your collection method when you add a panel to your cart.

Results are usually ready 7 to 10 business days after your sample reaches the lab, and are delivered to your member portal with clinician notes.

For most panels, yes. Fast for 8 to 12 hours with water only, and book a morning draw for the most accurate hormone and metabolic values.

Panels run through our national partner lab networks. Patients in New York and New Jersey are routed through a separate partner, and walk-in draws are not available in those states.

Yes. Your results flow straight into your intake, so a clinician can prescribe or adjust a protocol from your actual numbers.

Testing is available nationwide except in Hawaii and Rhode Island.
